The 2025–26 season is the 117th season in the history of Huddersfield Town Association Football Club and their second consecutive season in League One. In addition to the domestic league, the club would also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the EFL Trophy.
Prior to the season starting, Lee Grant was appointed as manager on a three-year contract.[1]

Pre-season and friendlies
On 29 May, it was confirmed that a trip to face Emley would kick-off Huddersfield Town's pre-season preparations.[19] Five days later, the club announced a training camp in Kössen.[20] A home fixture versus Premier League side Burnley was next to be added.[21] On 30 June, three more pre-season matches were confirmed, against Barrow, Young Boys and Greuther Fürth.[22]
