A Haitian patty (French: pâté haïtien, Haitian Creole: pate ayisyen) is a baked puff pastry. It is commonly filled with beef, fish or chicken. [1] The meat is prepared with an Epis seasoning base.

Pâté Kòdé
Pâté Kodé (bunched patty)or Pâté Chaudye (pot patty) is the street food fritay version of the pate ayisyen. It comes in a form of an Empanada. It is deep fried.[2] Fillings can be the same as the pate ayisyen, though it has a traditional version.
