Piasek [ˈpjasɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górowo Iławeckie, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) east of Górowo Iławeckie, 13 km (8 mi) west of Bartoszyce, and 55 km (34 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
