Manhyia South is one of the constituencies represented in the Parliament of Ghana. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah is the member of parliament for the constituency.[1] Manhyia South is located in the Kumasi Metropolitan district of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.[2]

The seat is located within the Kumasi Metropolitan District of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The constituency is engulfed by Asawase, Manhyia North, Bantama and Subin constituencies
