- ^ Changes made by U.S. Soccer for the 2024 U.S. Open Cup allowed MLS Next Pro teams to play. Austin FC II entered the first round of the 2024 U.S. Open Cup.[7]
- ^ CONCACAF changed format for the 2025 Leagues Cup to feature only 18 MLS clubs. Based on these changes Austin FC did not qualify for the 2025 Leagues Cup.[8]
