Forum Kochi is a premium shopping mall located in Maradu in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's Top builders and Real Estate Devolopers in Bangalore, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 1,036,135 sq ft and total retail space of 639,606 sq ft.[2]
The mall is the second-largest in the city in terms of retail space. The mall started its construction in April 2011 with the support of Thomsun Group.[3][1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023.[4]
The mall have 7 Anchor Brands which consist of Lulu Hypermarket, PVR Luxe, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Fun city, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop . There are a total of 21 food & beverage outlets and an 850 seater food court in the second floor of the mall.[1]
