The 2024–25 season was Ospreys' fourth season in the United Rugby Championship, and their 22nd season of professional rugby. Along with competing in the URC and its Welsh Shield competition, the club will also participate in the 2024-25 European Rugby Challenge Cup.

Victory over Scarlets, in front of the highest home gate of the season, earned Ospreys a home quarter-final against the French Top 14 side, Lyon Olympique. As quarterfinalists, Ospreys were the last Welsh survivors in Europe in this campaign.
