The 2010 North Alabama Lions football team represented the University of North Alabama in the 2010 NCAA Division II football season.

The Lions went 8-3 in the regular season and made the Division II playoffs. In the first round, they faced conference foe Valdosta State and won, avenging a 5-0 loss earlier in the season. In the next round, they faced another conference foe, Delta State, who they had beaten during the regular season. This time Delta State won, eliminating the Lions from the playoffs.[1][2] It was their sixth straight season in the playoffs.[3]
