The 1999 AAA Championships sponsored by CGU, was an outdoor track and field competition organised by the Amateur Athletic Association (AAA), held from 23 to 25 July at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham, England. It was considered the de facto national championships for the United Kingdom[1][2][3] and doubled up as the qualifiers for the 1999 World Championships in Athletics.[4]
