Yes! is a 2025 internationally co-produced drama film written and directed by Nadav Lapid. It stars Ariel Bronz, Efrat Dor, Naama Preis, Aleksei Serebryakov and Sharon Alexander.
The film had its world premiere at the Directors' Fortnight section of the 78th Cannes Film Festival on 22 May 2025.
Premise
In the aftermath of the October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel, Y., a jazz musician, struggles to meet ends meet, until he is given a mission to create a new national anthem.

Production
In May 2023, it was announced Nadav Lapid had received financing from the Israel Film Fund for the film.[2] In June 2023, Arte France Cinéma boarded the project.[3] Lapid also attended the Marché du Film with the project in May 2024.[4]
Release
It had its world premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival 22 May 2025, in the Directors' Fortnight section.[5]
