Turgut Aydın Holding A.Ş. is a Turkish conglomerate based in Istanbul, Turkey with diversified interests in retail, healthcare, textiles, construction, banking, and food services.
History
The company was officially established to consolidate the business ventures of entrepreneur Turgut Aydın, who began his career in trade in Istanbul in 1958. The founding of Dömeks in 1976 marked a significant step in the group's corporate development. In 1996, Turgut Aydın became one of the 16 founding members of Bank Asya. Over the years, the group expanded into various sectors, leading to the formation of Turgut Aydın Holding as the umbrella organization for its numerous subsidiaries.[2]

As of 2025, the holding operates in key industries across Turkey and has become one of the prominent family-owned business groups in the country.[3] Holding subsidiaries include A101, English Home, Memorial, TOM Bank, Aydın Örme, Pizza Lazza, and Saloon Burger.[4]

A home decor retailer, English Home has approximately 300 stores in Turkey and over 110 international stores in countries such as Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Poland.
