Plot
Ryan, a college senior, has been tormented by recurring nightmares and overwhelming guilt ever since his sister Amy mysteriously disappeared eight years earlier after playing the infamous "Bloody Mary" game. The traumatic event has left Ryan emotionally scarred, struggling to move forward with his life. His girlfriend, Rachelle, concerned about his deteriorating mental state, turns to Father O'Neal, a priest and former professor of Ryan's, for help. Father O'Neal, who also has expertise in archaeology, agrees to assist in uncovering the truth behind Amy's disappearance.
As they investigate, Ryan and Father O'Neal delve deeper into the dark and chilling legend of Bloody Mary, a vengeful spirit said to be summoned by chanting her name in front of a mirror. Their search for answers leads them to disturbing revelations about the origins of the myth and its connection to Amy's fate. Along the way, they encounter eerie supernatural occurrences, cryptic clues, and unsettling truths that force Ryan to confront his fears and guilt head-on.
The journey becomes a race against time as the malevolent force of Bloody Mary begins to manifest more aggressively, threatening not only Ryan but also those around him. With the line between reality and nightmare blurring, Ryan must face the horrifying entity and uncover the secrets of the past to put an end to the curse and find closure for his sister's disappearance.

Critical reception
The film has received negative reviews. Tom Becker of the DVD Verdict said, "The film is guilty of being a bloody bore. The accused are sentenced to stand in front of a mirror chanting, "I believe in Ed Wood," until they learn that bad movies can be entertaining, too".[1] Eat Horror panned the film stating, "This is a muddled story with plot holes aplenty and terrible acting even by low budget horror standards. The direction is all over the place with too many hand-held shots and the meager effects are cheap and terrible. You would think the Bloody Mary story would eventually spawn a decent horror film but this isn't it".[2] Home Theater Info rated B+ giving 7 out of 10.[3]
