The Last Devil to Die
The Last Devil to Die is the fourth book in the The Thursday Murder Club series, written by Richard Osman.[1] It was published on the 19th of September, 2023, by Viking Press.[2]
Characters
Joyce, Elizabeth, Ron, and Ibrahim, consistent with previous Thursday Murder Club books, are the main characters.[3][4] The book also features recurring secondary characters:
- Donna and Chris, police officers from the fictional local town of Fairhaven.[5]
- Bogdan, local builder and Donna's boyfriend (as of book 3).[6]
- Stephen, Elizabeth's husband.[7]
- Connie Johnson, drug dealer.[8]
Plot
The book opens with the murder of Kuldesh, an antique dealer from Brighton and friend of Stephen.[9]
