The Texas A&M Aggies Equestrian team represents the Texas A&M University in the NCAA Division I emerging equestrian sport. This program is as part of the National Collegiate Equestrian Association.[1][2]
Background
The team has won 3 Overall National Championships and 9 Western National Championships. [3]
For their entire Program history, The Aggies have been headed by Tana McKay. During her tenure as Head Coach, McKay has been named Big 12 coach of the year in 2012,[4] SEC Co-Coach of the Year in 2024,[5] and NCEA Coach of the year in 2017.[6] McKay was inducted into the Inaugural NCEA Hall of Fame Class in 2024.[7]
