Tattoo Colour

Tattoo Colour is a thai music band in Smallroom Label record. The memares in this band are Harin Suthamjaras (Dim.), Ruzz Pikatpiree (Ruzz), Ekachai Chotirungrot (Tonk) and Thanabordee Theerapongpakdee (Jump)

History

All four members are studied in the same high school at Khon Kaen Wittayayon School. They and the other two members has formed their band "I-SCREAM 479" and they make their own albums to sell in schools. Later, upon graduation, the band members dispersed to continue their studies.

Harin, Ruzz and Ekachai continue their higher education together at Khon Kaen University. They formed their band and created the music specifically for the contest organised by Happy and Smallroom as the judge. They won the first place in contest, pass the audition and signed the contract with Smallroom in 2003 to form a new band called Tattoo Colour. Thanabodee is being invited as a part of the band later in 2004.

Their first album released in 2006 titled "Hong Ser", which launched the single “Fha” and “Fak Tee” are successful and over expectation. As a result, they had to release more singles like “Koh Rang Hang Rak”, “One Night Stand” and “Roy Joob”.

The group decided to put on their thinking again and moved to a new label “Smallroom”. The result is the release of their second album “Chood Tee 8 Jong Pror” in 2008. The new album was still a pop music variety (Variety pop). Their first single and MV is called “Kar Moo”, followed by “Jum Tam Mai” which is massively success with a lot of awards and popularity, make them able to organize a concert "Karn La Krang 1" followed a lot of concert tour.

The following albums "Trong Neaw Trong Neaw", "POPDAD", "Sus Jing" are released in 2010, 2014 and 2017 which successful althrough not massively like their second album.

Tattoo Colour start to gain massive popularity again around 2021 and 2022 when Smallroom decided to upload Tattoo Colour X Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra which is the one of the best show from Tattoo Colour combined with the band are start to tackle on social media including their channel (Tattoo Colour TV) to approaches new fanbase during COVID-19 pandemic.

Their popularity leads the great success on their new album "Ruan Prae No. 6" that released in 2022, followed by the concert "Karn La Krang 5" which is the biggest concert of Tattoo Colour in 2024.

In 2024, Tattoo Colour won "Best Band of the Year" from Guitar Mag Award[1]

Tattoo Colour TV

Aside from musicians, Tattoo Colour also their own channel in YouTube called "Tattoo Colour TV" or TCTV, which is created in 2009. It initially used to upload behind the scene of working process in each album. In 2021, the band decided to make more effort and create more variety contents to approach the new audience.

Tattoo Colour celebrated 100,000 subscriber on TCTV on 5th May 2022. Ruzz use the silver play button to open the crown-cap bottle.

Tattoo Colour surpassed 200,000 and 300,000 subscriber on TCTV on 6th October 2022 and 23th July 2024 respectively.
