Tafazzal Ali
Md. Tafazzal Ali was elected from the Tippera North-East constituency in the 1946 Bengal Legislative Assembly election, becoming a member and deputy speaker of the Bengal Legislative Assembly.[1] After 1947, he became a member of the East Bengal Legislative Assembly.[2] He served as a minister in East Pakistan,[3] a federal minister of Pakistan, ambassador of Pakistan to Egypt, and was elected president of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association. Politician Reza Ali[4] and military personnel Major Sadek Ali were his sons.[5]
