Stary Zamość (Polish pronunciation: [ˈstarɨ ˈzamɔɕt͡ɕ]) is a village in Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Stary Zamość.[1] It lies approximately 11 km (7 mi) north-west of Zamość and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
