South Vietnam Football Championship
The South Vietnam V-League was the top level of football in South Vietnam. It was founded in 1955. After national reunification in 1975, the league continued to be held for 4 more years under the name Cửu Long League before the inauguration of the National A1 Championship in 1980, where teams across all regions in the country are included.
