The Samoa Labour Party is a political party in Samoa. The party is led by Faaolesa Katopau Ainuu.[1]
The party was established by several former Human Rights Protection Party MPs, including Faaolesa, Soʻoalo Umi Feo Mene, Tuisa Tasi Patea, and former HRPP candidate Su’a Tanielu Su’a.[1] It was registered with the electoral commission in June 2025.[1] The party launched its campaign on 14 June, announcing it would be running 14 candidates.[2] Its election policies include a national family welfare scheme, increasing the minimum wage, and turning Samoa into a manufacturing and trading hub using an export processing zone.[2] It aims to be part of a coalition government and advance its policies through coalition negotiations.[3]
