Samantha Ebert is a Canadian Christian music singer.[1] She has been compared to other artists including Anne Wilson, Tiffany Hudson, and Brooke Ligertwood.[2]
Career
Ebert began writing her first original music in 2015. Later she began releasing music via social media.[2] On May 5, 2022, she independently released her first official single, titled "All I Wanted Was a Coffee." She released "Denim", the next single, on April 28, 2023. On April 19, 2024, she released her third single, "Flowers", through Sounds Good Music. The song reached No. 39 on the Billboard Christian Airplay chart[3] and has accumulated 30 million streams worldwide.[1][4] It was featured on the NBA Cup playlist.[5][6][7] She later said that the song is inspired by her personal experience having Lyme disease.[8]
On December 18, 2024, she released a version of "Flowers" with guest vocals from Seph Schlueter.[9] On January 17, 2025, she released her fifth single, "Overthinking".[4][5][10] She is working on her debut extended play, The Waiting.[5]
