Sam Gilbert (born 21 January 1999)[1] is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays on the wing for the Highlanders in Super Rugby. He has signed for the Highlanders for the Super Rugby Aotearoa competition.[2][3][4]

In May 2025, it was announced that Gilbert signed with Irish club Connacht in the URC and will begin playing for the side in the upcoming 2025/26 season.[5]
