Sociedade de Jogos de Macau is a Macau based company. The company owns, operates and develops casinos and integrated entertainment resorts in Macau. It is a majority-owned subsidiary of Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau (STDM) and it is listed as SJM Holdings Limited (HKEx: 880) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
History
The retirement of Stanley Ho from his positions as chairman and executive director was announced in April 2018. He was succeeded by his daughter Daisy Ho.[1]
Ownership
According to the 2024 Annual report of SJM Holdings Limited, 61.91% of the issued shares were held by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau (STDM), while 8.09% were held by Leong On Kei.[2] The STDM ownership was reportedly 54% in 2019.[3]
