He voluntarily retired from football in 2001, before the age of 25, in order to become a football manager.[2]

The following year, he became head coach, but only until the club's liquidation in 2016.[2]
In 2017, Revelli returned to his home region, becoming the head coach of Andrézieux. He then would go on to coach Cholet from 2018 to 2019 before returning to Andrézieux.[2] In May 2021, he was appointed as head coach by Ligue 2 club Dunkerque, signing a two-year contract.[3] He leave from the club in the end of 2022–23 season.
