Robert Martin Mills (born March 17, 1967) is an American politician who has served in the Kentucky Senate from the 4th district since 2019. He previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from the 11th district from 2017 to 2019, after defeating incumbent David Watkins in 2016.[1][2] Mills was elected to the senate in 2018, defeating incumbent Democratic senator Dorsey Ridley. He was Daniel Cameron's running mate in their unsuccessful campaign in the 2023 Kentucky gubernatorial election.[3]
