Rixi Ramona Moncada Godoy (born 13 February 1965) is a Honduran politician, lawyer and financier. who has served as Secretary of National Defense since September 2024, she is the first woman to hold the position. A member of the Liberty and Refoundation party, she previously served as Secretary of Finance from 2022 to 2024, member of the National Electoral Council from 2019 to 2022 and Secretary of Labor and Social Security from 2006 to 2008. She is a presidential candidate in the 2025 general election.[1][2]
