Phyllobrostis apathetica is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae.[2][3] Endemic to South Africa,[2] it is only known from Pretoria, its type locality.[4]
The wingspan is about 14 mm.[4] The forewings are white and the hindwings are grey.[1]
