Peter Herzberg is an American politician from Michigan.[2] In April 2024, Herzberg won a special election to fill the vacant District 25 in the Michigan House of Representatives.[3] He was reelected to a full term in 2024.[4]
He was a member of Westland City Council.[5]
Political positions
In 2025, Herzberg broke party lines to vote in favor of a resolution calling for the federal ban on transgender girls in women's sports under the Trump to be enforced in the state of Michigan.[6]
