Pendulum is an upcoming American horror mystery thriller film written and directed by Mark Heyman, starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Phoebe Dynevor and Norman Reedus, and produced by Darren Aronofsky.
Premise
At a new-age retreat in New Mexico, a couple have differing reactions to the unconventional practises of an enigmatic group leader.[1]

Production
The film is directed by Mark Heyman and produced by Darren Aronofsky through Protozoa. Also producing are Jacob Jaffke for Motel Mojave and Dave Caplan for C2. Principal photography was underway in April 2025 in New Mexico.[2][3]
The cast is led by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Phoebe Dynevor and Norman Reedus.[4][3]
