Pedro Bismarck Chau (born July 18, 1964) is an Nicaraguan priest of the Catholic Church who was appointed as auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Newark in 2025.
Biography
On May 24, 2008, Chau was ordained to the priesthood.
Episcopal career
Pope Leo XIV appointed Chau auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Newark on May 30, 2025.[1][2][3] On September 8, 2025, Chau is scheduled to be consecrated as a bishop.[4]
