Paula Comendador Prado (born 12 January 2007) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a forward for Primera Federación club Real Madrid Femenino B.[2] She is a Spanish international with the Spain women's national under-19 football team.

Professional career

Comendador joined Madrid CFF at the age of eight. She spent six seasons at the club before becoming a part of Real Madrid Femenino in the summer of 2021, where she initially played for the U-16s and won the Madrid Championship.[3] In the 2022–23 season, she was part of the A-Juvenil squad and won the title in her category again with the Merengues.[4] On 10 September 2023, she made her debut for the B team in a match against Rayo Vallecano of the Second Women's Federation.

Comendador made her debut for Real Madrid's professional squad on 26 November 2023, in a Spanish Primera División match against Sporting de Huelva, coming on as a second-half substitute for Hayley Raso.[5]

On 25 May 2025, Comendador's team won the Torneo Juvenil Femenino for the second year in a row, scoring the only goal in the final, a 1–0 win over Barcelona Juvenil. Comendador was named the tournament's MVP after scoring five goals in four matches.[6]

National team

Comendador began playing with the Spanish U-17 national team on 22 September 2022 during a Euro 2023 qualifier against Belgium.[7] The Spanish team reached the final, where they lost 3–2 to France. Comendador started all five matches in the tournament and scored one goal.

In 2024, she played in the U-17 Women's World Cup in the Dominican Republic, where Spain's team finished runner-up, losing the final match on penalties to North Korea.[8]
