Omega Seiki Mobility, also known as OSM, is an Indian electric vehicle company that manufactures three-wheelers, headquartered in New Delhi. It is developing its own line of commercial EVs primarily deployed within e-commerce for last-mile delivery.[3] Omega Seiki serves as a separate business auto vertical of the Anglian Omega Group.[4][5]
Production
OSM presently has manufacturing units in and around Delhi-NCR as well as in Pune and Chennai.[6] The company has set up an R&D as well as a manufacturing facility in Faridabad, while Manesar, Pune and Chennai locations serve manufacturing roles.[7][8][9]
The company's first vehicle – Rage+, was indigenously designed and developed in its manufacturing facility in Faridabad, Haryana.[10] It was launched in February 2020 at the Auto Expo 2020.[11][12] The company also unveiled a refrigerated vehicle – Rage+ Frost.[13] Its parent company has stated it plans to invest US$300–600 million into OSM.[14][15] Omega Seiki Mobility, with their French partner Systemics, are planning to launch hydrogen-powered three-wheelers in India.[16]
