Neustadt an der Waldnaab (German pronunciation: [ˈnɔʏʃtat ʔan deːɐ̯ ˈvaltˌnaːp] ⓘ; Bavarian: Neistodt an da Woidnaab; both lit. 'New City on the Waldnaab') is a municipality in Bavaria, Germany, and county seat of the district Neustadt an der Waldnaab.
