Mitela Sumi is a Naga singer from Nagaland who rose to prominence after winning the inaugural season of The Stage Nagaland in December 2019. Organized by the Musicians Academy Dimapur,[1] the competition concluded at The Garden, Supermarket in Dimapur, where Sumi outperformed ten other contestants.[2][3] Her victory earned her a cash prize of ₹1 lakh and an opportunity to produce a music video. Following her win, she released a single titled "Dream,"[4] available on various music streaming platforms.[5][6]
