Michael Lee Morgan (born January 19, 1956) is an American attorney, former government official, and former running back in the National Football League (NFL). A senior deputy to Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle, he served as secretary of the state's Departments of Administration and Revenue.[1] He also served as commissioner of the Milwaukee Department of City Development and as a prosecutor in the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office. Morgan previously played with the Chicago Bears during the 1978 NFL season.[2] Morgan is currently a management consultant in Milwaukee and chairperson of the board of directors of the African American Leadership Alliance Milwaukee.
