Megacraspedus niphodes is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Oswald Bertram Lower in 1897. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Victoria and Tasmania.[1]

The wingspan is 12โ€“13 mm (0.47โ€“0.51 in). The forewings are pale whitish ochreous. The stigmata are conspicuous and black, with the plical very obliquely beyond the first discal. The hindwings are light grey.[2]
