María Esther de Jesús Scherman Leaño (born 5 January 1957) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). She has served in the Chamber of Deputies during the 53rd,[1] 55th[2] and 59th[3] sessions of Congress and, in the 1988 general election, she was elected to the Senate for the 54th session of Congress.[3]
