Louis Napoleon, Baron van der Goes van Dirxland (28 July 1806 – 19 March 1885)[1] was a Dutch politician and Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands from 4 April 1860 until 14 January 1861.[2][3] His father was Maarten van der Goes van Dirxland.[3] Due to his knighthood, he also was a member of the Provincial Council of South Holland from 9 September 1848 to 24 September 1850.[2]
