Lilac is a Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant in Tampa, Florida.[1] Established in 2022,[2] the fine dining establishment[3] by chef John Fraser features a tasting menu.[4][5][6] It is in The Tampa EDITION hotel.[6][7] The restaurant is named after the lilac flower.
Reception
Lilac received a Michelin star in 2023.[8]
