Lebanon at the 1967 Mediterranean Games
Lebanon competed at the 1967 Mediterranean Games, held in Tunis, Tunisia, from 8 to 17 September 1967. As part of the Lebanese Olympic Committee delegation, athletes participated in multiple sports, earning a total of three medals. Weightlifters Kevork Lahamdjian (men’s +90 kg) and Baydhoune Salah (men’s 56 kg) secured a silver and a bronze respectively, while Ali Chokri claimed a bronze in men’s épée fencing. This performance contributed to Lebanon’s overall standing among the 11 participating nations at the fifth edition of the Mediterranean Games.
