Last Wave to Surfsville is the ninth album released by surf music band The Surfin' Lungs, released in 2023 on Redondo Records. All bar one of the 14 tracks are self-penned, by the group, while Ray takes his first lead vocal on "Jacqueline". Clive also sings "San Diego Dreaming", while Chris taking lead vocals on the rest. There is a cover of "Z-Cars" by the old TV theme. A traditional Lungs album, with songs about the sun, sea, cars and girls, with a surf punk edge and a hard driving bass prevalent throughout, plus a nod to several influences including The Beach Boys, Gary Usher, Blondie and The Ramones. This is also the first album that does not feature co-founder and original bassist Steve Dean, who left the band in 2022.
