Lacey is an unincorporated community in Adams Township, Mahaska County, Iowa, United States.[1]
History
Lacey was founded in 1878 by John F. Lacey—its namesake—to route the Iowa Central Air Line Railroad. It was laid out by Lacey and Jeremiah Everett. By 1887, the town had an estimated population of 100.[2]
