Lágafell school (Icelandic: Lágafellsskóli [ˈlauːɣaˌfɛtl̥sˌskouːlɪ]) is a public all-through grade school in Mosfellsbær, Iceland.[1] Established in 2001, the school is one of three primary schools in Mosfellsbær, the others being Varmárskóli and Helgafellsskóli. Lágafellsskóli operates under the guidelines of the Icelandic National Curriculum and is administered by the local municipal education authority.
The school has a pre-school off‑campus branch called Höfðaberg, initially serving children aged 5 and grades 1–2, however as of 2021, all primary grades moved back into the main school building, whilst Höfðaberg now hosts six preschool divisions for children aged 3–5.[2][3]
