Kusur is a village in India, situated in Mawal taluka of Pune district in the state of Maharashtra. It encompasses an area of 1,714 ha (4,235 acres).[1]

Administration

The village is governed through the Panchayati Raj system, a decentralized form of rural self-government in India. Its local administration is headed by a sarpanch, an elected representative who presides over the gram panchayat—the village council responsible for local governance, development planning, and implementation of government schemes.
