Konukçu (former name: Bizgi)[1] is a village in the İliç District of Erzincan Province in Turkey.[2] The village is mostly populated by Oghuz Turks of the Kargın tribe,[3] and had a population of 70 in 2024.[4]

Birol Karğın, was elected as the village headman for the second time as of 2024[5]
