Kombinat Sport also known as Jugoslovenski kombinat Sport was a manufacturer of sport equipment headquartered in Belgrade, founded in 1945. Sport and Elan from Begunj were the first two sportswear firms registered for export from Yugoslavia.[1] After the October 5th turmoil in Serbia and the introduction of new management, the company filed for bankruptcy in 2001.
Products
Sport products were used at the European Boxing Championship, Mediterranean Games, World Table Tennis Championship, European Judo Championship, and the Olympic Games in Moscow, while the most famous products were jerseys for the football clubs of FK Crvena zvezda, FK Partizan, FK Sarajevo, Velež, NK Čelik , NK Osijek, FK Vojvodina, FK Vardar and in basketball, OKK Belgrade and KK Beobanka.[2]
