Kemal Ademović (born 10 August 1961) is a Bosnian politician who has been a member of the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he is Deputy Chair, as a member of People and Justice since 2023. As a Bosniak he is one of the three people who will serve as chair of the house between 2023 and 2026. Prior to his tenure in the house he was the director of the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1990s.

Kemal Ademović was born on 10 August 1961, and is a Bosniak.[1]
Career
Ademović was the director of the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1990s.[2]
Ademović was elected to the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a member of People and Justice. During his tenure he has served on the Constitutional and Legal committee.[3] On 16 February 2023, he became the Deputy Chair of the house under Chair Nikola Špirić.[4] The position of chair revolves between a Serbian, Croatian, and Bosniak and will be held by Špirić, Dragan Čović, and Ademović between 2023 and 2026. Ademović's term as chair will be from 16 October 2023 to 15 June 2024, and 16 October 2025 to 15 June 2026.[1]
Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina launched an investigation into Ademović, Osman Mehmedagić, and Bakir Izetbegović in 2024, after Edin Garaplija accused them of being involved in a criminal organisation in 1996 that conducted politically-motivated murders. Garaplija was a witness for the trials of Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić.[2]
Political positions
Ademović supports improving Bosnia's relations with Turkey.[5]
