Kaye Residence

The Kaye Residence is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #952, located at 4754 Van Alden Ave. in Tarzana, California.

History

The Kaye Residence was designed by Gregory Ain in the modernist style[1] with Usonian elements and constructed in 1963. It was restored by Fung + Blatt in 2004.[2] It is 3,167 sq. ft. and located on a .35 acre lot.
