Kalru is a village in Sultanpur Lodhi tehsil in the Kapurthala district of Punjab, India. It is located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from the city of Sultanpur Lodhi, 22 kilometres (14 mi) away from the district headquarters at Kapurthala. The village is administrated by a Sarpanch who is an elected representative of the village as per the constitution of India and Panchayati raj (India).[1]
