Jojo Cyriac George is an Indian-Australian actor and filmmaker known for his work in Malayalam cinema and television. His film Bloodline: Vengeance Unleashed premiered at the 77th Cannes Film Festival as part of its market screenings.[1]
Career
George began his career in Malayalam television, appearing in prime-time serials during the early 2010s. He transitioned to films with a supporting role in the 2017 drama Aedan: Garden of Desire, directed by Sanju Surendran.[2]
His breakthrough came with the co-direction and screenplay of the English-language action thriller Bloodline: Vengeance Unleashed (2024), which was later dubbed into Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi for Indian release.[3] The project was showcased at the Marché du Film during the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
