Johnny Hooper (born 24 June 1997) is an American water polo player who competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics[1] and the 2024 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Los Angeles to an American father and a Japanese mother.[1] He attended University of California, Berkeley where he scored 245 goals, making him one of the highest scorers in program history.[2][3] He has played professionally abroad for Palaio Faliro (Greece) and Telimar Palermo (Italy) from 2020-2024. [4] 2023-24 was his last season in Europe. Since then he has taken a role at March Capital as well as playing part time Water polo for the Olympic Club of the United States National League.

Hooper is dating a fashion model, Summer Marshall.[5]
